Produced in the Canton of Valais, this traditional Swiss raclette is produced from raw cow's milk and bears the name of the town where it is mainly produced. Its maturing lasts between 3 and 5 months. Its paste is firm, ivory in color and dotted with small openings. You can easily recognize it since its name is engraved on the edge of the wheel. FLAVOR: It has a lactic taste, aromas of mushrooms and a hint of salt.
HOW TO TRY IT: Fondue with potatoes, pickled onions and pickles. It will be perfect accompanied by a Fendant du Valais.
