Utrecht Rose-Tomato - (150g - 175g)

Utrecht Rose-Tomate is a Gouda aged for a minimum of 12 months made in the polder region not far from the city of Utrecht.

FLAVOR: It has the taste and aroma of a Gouda with a subtle crunch of salt that makes it irresistible. Its color comes from the addition of a red pesto, composed of tomato, chili pepper, garlic, basil, fenugreek and paprika

HOW TO TASTE IT: Perfect on a platter, you can also use it to enhance the flavor of all your recipes favorites. It goes well with a Belgian beer, a white wine like Chardonnay or a Cabernet Sauvignon.
