Maple Syrup

Glengarry Maple utilizes a forest situated in Eastern Ontario with fairly rocky but fertile soil. Much like a vineyard, a maple forest relies greatly on terroir, as well as the varietal of maple, to develop a maple syrup that is full-bodied and rich in flavor. Their mission is to produce high-quality maple syrup, while managing the bush in a responsible and sustainable way. Subsequently keeping this beautiful hardwood forest for future generations to use conscientiously and for those that call it home.
