Taste: As a Full Medium this coffee has a slight sweetness and acidity and just a hint of bitters, making for a very well rounded and satisfying cup.

Aromas: The blend is designed to highlight a range of flavours typical of washed coffees from medium to high altitudes – caramels, nuts, cacao, vanilla.

Body: Creamy, smooth and round

Origin: Marcala, Laz Paz, Honduras

Roast: Full Medium
