Sage has a strong, slightly minty, citrus and pine taste and goes well with pork or poultry.
Use in stuffings with apples or as a seasoning in homemade sausages. Sizzle sage briefly in butter to pour over pasta; combine with blue cheese for a fabulous sauce or sprinkle on pork escalopes before wrapping in Parma ham.
Store in a dark, cool, dry place.
