Our Black River Maple Cheddar is our most acclaimed product. It is a superior blend of medium-aged, fine artisan cheddar and local Prince Edward County pure maple syrup and maple sugar. Much like a premium aged cheddar in texture, our Maple Cheddar is definitely a perfect addition to any occasion with its special, sweet-savoury taste. Best served at close to room temperature.
