The BALLARINI Murano wok lets you say no problem to delicious aromas and healthy food preparation. The 30 cm pan is perfect for boiling, frying, deep-frying, steaming and braising. However, the classic wok cooking method is stir-frying. All the ingredients are thrown in one after the other and continually stirred over a high heat. The short cooking time preserves the ingredients’ flavors and vitamins. Rigorous stirring is no problem for the 5-ply GRANITIUM Extreme non-stick coating. And cleaning the wok is quick and easy too. The wok is dishwasher-safe. Nevertheless, we recommend gently cleaning it by hand to guarantee an optimal long life. Cooking in a wok requires constant high heat. Thanks to the wok’s solid, forged aluminum design, that’s not a problem. When frying at high heats, be sure not to use cold-pressed oils. Regardless of whether you cook with gas, electricity or induction, this induction-compatible cookware makes it all possible.
