Olli Salami makes artisanal slow-cured fine meats based on old family recipes handed down over four generations and continue to sustain the process that has proved to provide a flavorful, healthy, and clean salami. All their products are made from 100% vegetarian fed port, without antibiotics. Olli Salumi origins start back in Norcia in Italy in 1850. Oiviero’s Family then moved in Rome, where in 1950, where his grandfather started a manufacturing business that became one of the most successful salumi business in the Eternal City. In 2010 Olli (Oliviero) Ten years later, Olli decided to start his own company in Virginia, Olli Salumeria, and there began the journey which leads to today. In 2015 Olli Salumeria moved to Oceanside California to expand the company and products to an 80,000 sq ft facility producing over 100,000 lbs of salami a week and expand nationwide.
