Pesto Sauce - Alla Genovese

The main ingredient of this ancient recipe is basil. Saclà basil is grown in Italy and is harvested with care to preserve the tenderness of its leaves and its characteristic intense aroma. Our Pesto alla Genovese is made with the addition of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, pecorino and other ingredients carefully selected by our chefs. To enjoy it at its best, it is preferable to add a little salt to the cooking water and use part of it to dilute the seasoning.
