Tomme au Marc de Raisin Savigny - Quebec - (150g - 175g)
This cheese is an original variation of the essential Tomme de Savoie. Produced with highly qualitative milk, Tomme au marc de raison is made from raw cow's milk and coated with a generous layer of grape marc, to be finally put in the boiler for a minimum of fifteen days. Its texture of the dough is melting while the marc (if consumed) is crunchy to the bite.
FLAVORS: The very particular taste of fermented grapes mixed with that of cheese is surprising and very aromatic. It gives fairly pronounced fruit and alcohol notes, warm and very persistent in the mouth.
HOW TO TASTE IT: A great cheese to serve as an aperitif or at the end of a meal, Tomme with grape marc is a product that can be enjoyed plain accompanied by an excellent port.
