Vernieres - Tomme Pur Brebis - (150g - 175g)

Tomme Pur Brebis is made in the heart of Aveyron in the south of France. The Vernières family, owner of cellars since the 15th century in the city of Roquefort, is still one of the great Ambassadors of this country and its terroir. It is made with thermized mountain milk and is matured in a hot cellar. It has a rustic rind and a paste with small holes. FLAVORS: It gives off a sweet flavoring of sheep and hazelnuts. HOW TO SAVOR: On a skewer with cherry tomatoes, cubed in a salad, or grated in a recipe. Serve with a blond or red beer or with cider.
