Will I receive reminders?
Yes, we will contact you via email with a monthly reminder to come pick up your monthly box a week before pick-up.
How / When do I receive my monthly box?
You will pick up your box instore at the cheese counter. Pick-up will be the first Friday of the month. Problems and conflicts with pick-up need to be communicated with the cheese department up to 48 hrs before the pick-up date.
Food restrictions and allergies
Because the pairings vary to a wide assortment of foods, any allergies and restrictions need to be communicated with the cheese counter upon purchase or in an email so we can appropriately accommodate our members.
Events and workshops
We are so excited to treat our members with hands-on community building experiences surrounded by all things food! Your invites to events will be shared via email and additionally in your box. Updates including events will be sent out well before for proper time to RSVP.
can i purchase for someone else?
Yes! Memberships are a lovely gift for the foodies and cheese lovers in your life. Want to keep it a secret until you give it to them? That’s no problem, just let us know so we can forward you all the info needed for a successful pick-up. Afterwards, we will continue communications with the member.
