MARMALADE is a preserve made from sugar and citrus fruits (in the form of pulp, puree, aqueous extracts, juice or zest/peel). Only the following can be used when making marmalade: orange, bergamot, citron, lemon, mandarin and grapefruit. No processed ingredients, such as concentrates, juices, pulps or purees, are used in the production of our organic marmalades.
