Yummy Crisp Chili Oil

Born out of a desire to maximize umami flavours, and make something wildly versatile, Yummy Crisp is chili crisp, without the chilis, and with everything else turned up to 11. It's wildly garlicky, with beautiful onion and sesame notes, a perfect level of seasoning, and just enough sweetness to round things out.
