Graco Daumi - IL Dennocciolato - Olive Oil - Extra Virgin - 500ml

This oil from the Graco estate is a monovarietal oil of the highest quality, made from Peranzana olives, found in the north of Puglia. The olives are pitted before they are pressed, giving the oil a soft, harmonious taste that is lightly fruity with hints of artichoke and celery, with a balanced after-taste. Ideally used in the preparation of fish, carpaccio, salads and steamed vegetables.
