Our non-spicy Kimchi (Baeck Kimchi, White Kimchi) is not spicy at all without any chilli pepper powder. Some think we just invented a unique version of Kimchi for people who have a low tolerance for spicy foods. The fact is white kimchi is the original form of kimchi as chilli pepper powder was introduced to Korea later in history.
