As we step into the New Year, I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers. To our loyal regulars who have been with us since Bank Street, to those who just discovered us for the first time, to everyone in between, thank you so much for your support!
Grace in the Kitchen has been in Kanata Centrum for 5 Christmas seasons now. With the end of another incredible Holiday season, I wanted to take a bit of time to reflect on this year and send our sincerest gratitude to our customers.
The customers who have been with us since the beginning may remember our start as a small china shop on Bank Street, called “Grace Designs for Dining”. 2026 marks 23 years of our store, grown to include our beloved cheese shop “Serious Cheese”, a Zwilling J.A. Henckels Shop-in-Shop, and over 60000 SKUS of product. The store has grown into something that I never could have imagined, supported by our amazing customers and staff over the years.
This past year has had its challenges and wins, and knowing we had customers like you cheering us on made all the difference. We’re incredibly grateful that you chose to support our small Canadian business, allowing us to have another successful year. We look forward to continuing to serve you and offer the best gourmet foods, cheese and kitchenware in Ottawa’s West End in the coming year.
