In this post, we are featuring another local favourite, Les Fougères.
Located on the edge of the beautiful village of Chelsea, Quebec and overlooking expansive gardens and woodlands, Les Fougères is an incredible gem of a restaurant. Apart of Canada's 100 Best Restaurants, Les Fougères is specfically known for their farm-to-table, delicious, contemporary foods that are made from clean ingredients and powered by close attachment and collaboration with the terroir, the passing seasons and a dedicated team.
Their commitment to good, real food made from scratch led them, some years ago, to also open a Gourmet Food Store adjacent to their Restaurant where a large line of their natural prepared foods and other fine foods and ingredients are available to take home. Their entire artisanal line is made with natural ingredients made right in their commercial kitchen in Chelsea. You can trust the quality and flavour of their food, with their frozen meals allowing you luxury flavours right in your own kitchen!
A few years ago, we got the opportunity to start selling their incredible line of frozen entrees, pizzas, soups and sausages. We were thrilled to bring this line into our freezers, and it has become a real staple in our store.
