True Ceylon Cinnamon, perfect adding depth to sweet and savoury dishes. This Fairtrade Organic Cinnamon is true Sri Lankan Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum).

Add to biscuits and cakes, Moroccan tagines or use to flavour a crème brûlée. For cinnamon toast simply mix cinnamon with caster sugar and sprinkle onto buttered toast before placing under a grill to melt.
