Ground Sumac

Tart and fruity or sweet and sour, these ground berries are synonymous with flavours of the Middle East.

Add to a vinaigrette for a salad dressing, stir into yoghurt with finely chopped coriander and red onion as a dip for flatbread or simply rub onto pieces of lamb before char-grilling.
