Melt Mediterranean rosemary mixed with butter over a succulent fillet steak for a flavour explosion.
With its pine and lemon aroma, rosemary is a natural accompaniment to roast meats, especially lamb.
Great in sautéed potatoes or roast squash towards the end of cooking. Suprisingly successful addition to desserts, poach with autumn fruits, add to apple pie, or to flavour dark chocolate ganache or mousse.
Store in a dark, cool, dry place.
