Brebichon Sheep - (150g - 175g)

A farm cheese, Brebichon has a whitish beige wrinkled rind and a cream-coloured creamy interior that is chalky in the centre. It boasts aromas of fresh milk along with lactic, slightly tart flavours and a hint of apple.

Introduced in 2008, the cheese is a play with the words “brebis” (ewe) and “reblochon,” the well-known French cheese. Brebichon is produced in the same type of mould as the famous Savoy cheese. In addition to being apple-washed, processed apple juice is added to the milk during production.
