Cremeax du Jura - Brie - Pasteurized Cow's Milk (150g - 175g)

In its spruce box, the Crémeux du Jura develops aromas specific to the pastures of Franche-Comté. It is a seasonal cheese and many cheesemakers call it the winter cheese because it does not handle heat well. FLAVOUR: It creates an extraordinary sensation in the mouth with its smooth texture. It is perfumed but without excess. Its paste offers a soft and creamy texture without being runny. The spruce band that surrounds it serves to keep the cheese`s form and adds some wonderful woody aromas that are reminiscent of mustard seed.

HOW TO SAVOUR: Leave it in its spruce box and eat it with friends. It marries well with white wine.
