Curry Kandyan - 50gr

Kandyan Curry consists of the best spices grown in Sri Lanka's spice gardens, according to the principle of sustainability. In the Tamil language, the word "Kari" means 'sauce with vegetables'. This spicy and aromatic flavour is based on the harmony of simple spices in this Kandyan Curry. It has bite but is not too fiery. It is said that every household in Sri Lanka has its own curry mix and grows the appropriate spices for it. Fry the curry mix briefly in hot oil and then create your own "curry mixture": with salt or a little sugar - or with chilli for those who love spicy food.
