Emmi - Raclette de Savoie IGP - Raclette - (150g - 175g)

Invented in the Middle Ages by shepherds who mainly ate it in the summer, outdoors, when they took their cows out to graze. Soft and aromatic, this cheese has a smooth and velvety texture.
