Fleurmier of Charlevoix - (150g - 175g)

Fleurmier is the first fine cheese that we developed and marketed. It was launched in 2000 when the Quebec fine cheese industry was just taking off. It is also the first cheese from Laiterie Charlevoix to be distributed on a larger scale and by Aux Terroirs outside the immediate region of the National Capital. It was following the immediate success of Fleurmier that we began a sustained phase of fine cheese development. Fleurmier takes its name from a connection between the terms “croute fleur ie” and “fromage fer mier” .
