Anchovy Paste

Albeit, slightly unusual, anchovy paste is quite a tasty delicacy, proven time and time again to be delicious on pizza or in salad dressings. Spruce up your recipes with this exotic fishy paste.

Anchovy paste is made from anchovy fillets ground to a paste, and then blended with a little salt and a small amount of sugar. The sugar is added to the paste to mellow the flavor a bit. The paste is then packed in tubes for your convenience.

Ingredients: anchovies, salt, sunflower oil.
