Fresh cheese, consisting of a bag of spun paste which contains mozzarella frays enriched with cream (stracciatella). It has a smooth surface, pearly white color and soft consistency. The taste is sweet, delicate, creamy. The workmanship of expert hands gives the product its unmistakable shape and inimitable flavor.

Burrata is a typical product of the Apulian dairy tradition, in particular in the province of Bari.
