Winner of the Global Awards Best International Cheese 2023. Traditionally manufactured cheddar in 15 Kg wheels, made from whole Brown Swiss cow milk, aged 10 months . This is a creamy textured, well balanced cheddar with savory and sweet notes. Rich yellow paste which lingers on the palate. Bound in natural muslin and aged to perfection.
