Iberico - La Quesera - (150g - 175g)

The La Quesera brand (La Fromagère in Spanish) is the result of a selection of 2 exclusive producers at Les Dépendances. Far from the famous typical and aged Manchego, Spain is also known for fresher and herbaceous cheeses such as Iberico. This is made from raw cow's, goat's and sheep's milk, coated in a mauve wax exclusive to Les Dépendances to indicate its age. It has a firm, straw-yellow paste.
