Ireland’s green fields, fresh clean air, plentiful rainfall, and mild climate means animals can graze outdoors for large parts of the year. These factors enable farmers to produce high quality milk that enables cheesemakers to make great quality cheese.

Ireland’s Own Mature Cheddar is delicately marbled with Irish Port for a deliciously Irish tasting cheese.
