Munster is a washed-rind cheese with a creamy texture and an ivory-colored interior dotted with small holes. It is made from pasteurized cow's milk and has that characteristic Munster aroma. FLAVOR: It reveals subtle aromas accompanied by floral and buttery notes. It has a pronounced flavor with a smooth finish. HOW TO ENJOY IT: Simply enjoy it on a platter with pears, accompanied by an Alsace white wine.
