Saint Benoit du Lac - Fontina - (150g - 175g)

Made from pasteurized milk, this firm, rindless cheese is matured for more than 3 months in the mass. The soft and slightly creamy texture of this Italian-style gouda releases a delicate aroma of hazelnut accompanied by a touch of melted butter. The Fontina has also been offered in a smoked version since 2013.
