Viniteau - Raspberry Vinegar - 250 ml

The flavour of fresh picked raspberries blended with good quality red wine vinegar, a winning combination! Raspberry vinegar was the flavour rage of the 1990's when it first came into popular use in cooking. Raspberry vinegar has a bright red crystalline colour and a fruit forward raspberry acidity. An excellent choice for vinaigrettes in salads such as spinach with fresh raspberries, toasted pecans and goat cheese. Use to deglaze a saucepan for preparing meat sauces to serve with steak, duck or chicken.
